• Entry form. Entries for our 2027 Festival will open formally in September 2026, but you can always let us know your interest in advance. To enter, you can complete an entry form here.
• Programme adverts. We are always keen to offer space in our printed Programme for adverts from teams entering the Festival. For details of this opportunity contact Michael (chairman@wgcydf.org), Mary (secretary@wgcydf.org) or Hazel (hazel@wgcydf.org)
• Interpolated music. Make sure you submit details of any interpolated music to PRS in good time.
• Programme information. Submit your details for the Programme by 12th February 2027 (online here).
• Technical Details. Submit your technical details to our Stage Director by 31st January 2027 (online here).
